IRLHost.gg provides digital services (SRT streaming servers). There are no physical goods shipped as part of our service. Therefore, shipping conditions and costs do not apply.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have been unable to use the service due to technical issues on our end.
Subscription renewals are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
